How can I find out why my story was rejected?

I published a story in early 2022, and I just now see that it was rejected by a moderator on March 5. How do I contact the moderator to find out why?

I think they’re more or less wanting to know why it was rejected in the first place lol. There’s not enough context, though, so idk

The fourth item in the screen shot I supplied with my OP is the only notification I have. I didn't get a message (or didn't see a message). Where would I go to look at the text box?
