Could be a method to find authors one would like, though. If Reader A follows authors 1, 2, and 3, then perhaps Reader B would, too?

That's all you get. The site doesn't offer a function that lets you see all the people following a specific author. You'd have to go through every user profile and check for your pen name in their favorites.
