I have heard of women having orgasms from going down on a man, and women also have orgasms from anal sex. How are these 2 possible? Climaxing when giving a blowjob is definitely possible. I've done (and do) it everytime. First and foremost, if the person performing the blowjob doesn't LOVE giving them, forget it. Secondly (at least for me), it's the GIVING of pleasure and knowing he's loving every last minute of it. I think the Anterior Fornix, or the region along the top wall of the vagina before reaching the cervix. Why that's easier to reach with anal sex I'm not sure.
