My poor Ships' Doctor had been waiting around in Sickbay for ages after Xenocide_613 disappeared without warning.

Then suddenly I'm getting visits from two men at the same time

Just to let everyone know, I've been having a very busy week as it's the end of the school term at both my work and where I study. I've been been dragged into the end-of-term event preparations. So, I'll be a little slow in posting.

I also hope Armphid and Lotharian can both get around to posting soon.

What my character is doing will take a while. I don't mind just watching

My character is currently involved with trying to figure out WTF is going on, in terms of a scientific level. And to do all the advanced equations, calculations, etc, will require a while. *shrugs* I don't mind writing my character out for a while. And I'm not just jumping the time ahead because, well, that's just foolish and I'm still written out until people catch up .

So... unless disturbed, I'll be sitting out with my char for at least an hour IC, if not more.

Veryknowing has mentioned that he and Tanuki are intending to post again very soon...they have their romantic monster scene going . Silvergirl may be busy, as I haven't seen her online or had a PM from her for a week I think (or maybe she was online only very briefly).

I'm sorry, but I've been just very busy in real life for the past 2 or 3 months with too much going on.

I've been pretty busy recently in RL as well, but I wouldn't mind getting back into the thread. I thought it was dead. Oh well, the 2nd Engineer/Cargo Specialist has finished his long tea break and will be on the job of doing rescues and restoring power again.

There seems to be enough interest to justify my hassling a few people to post then. I guess it was mostly that many of us got caught up too many problems in the real world recently so the paddle-boat HWAjust slowed for a bit while the actors went off set for some R&R. VK seems to be back to his good mood again too, as I've noticed on other threads.

As far as I can tell the three that we most need to post first are 2ndSight, Silvergirl, and Veryknowing. Then the rest of us can follow.

Sorry about keeping you waiting, and I'll try to post soon. I've left the company that I was working for before, and now have more time on my hands until something else comes up. Decided to take a long break until November, get over the stress, relax, and get back into writing something.
