I was barely paying attention to the bull surrounding the First (Crime) Family's prodigal son getting into painting when I heard it mentioned the art world is "secretive" in regard to purchases of oils, sculptures, whatever.
This will certainly apply to anonymous buyers throwing out hundreds of thousands of dollars for the absolute shit Hoover produces.
In other words, it's a perfect way to buy access.
And you don't even have to put Hoover on your board.
The Clintons are probably kicking themselves for not thinking of it first.
