Hook-up etiquette

So, I'm bi, I'm a guy, and I've been trying to find another guy to fuck. I'm basically a total noob when it comes to this. What's the protocol or etiquette for arranging a meeting? I've tried dating apps, and even this site a bit, but no luck. I haven't gone to any bars or clubs because I don't think that's my scene. I'm not bad to look at: I think I'm actually pretty good-looking, but it always ends with me alone.

Gosh. I suppose I do tend to spend a lot of time trying to plan things. You're saying I have to do my planning and prep for myself, and ahead of time, before I go out or open the app... I'm re-calibrating...
