OH, I so wish I was home to do running today!!!!! That's what I love the most about the Summer - just before school is out for the Summer, that is.......I drop my my son off in school and then I go running....

Just hard walking...my big toe on my left foot is bothering me... can't stand the pounding of jgging..

what's up with the big toe? Have you seen a dr??

Not yet. I was wearing a new pair of cross trainers and I don't think the fit was right although I swithed shoes today and not much better...hurts when it bends...but then so do my knees, elbows, wrists...sucks getting old...had a parent-son b-ball game Saturday with 11 year olds and I got up and down the court allright, even scored 10 points but I might have landed wrong at some point.

Long story to say ouch.

you should get it checked out ~ feet are important (duh?) but, if my feet hurt, I get headaches, backaches...ouch!!
