So I have to take a moment and tell you how exceedingly happy I am about this side by side picture. Towards the end of November I decided to get back onto the fitness train. At that time I went back to weight training then on December 9th I decided to do a mix of weight training and cardio.
Best thing ever. My body LOVES this program and just about a month later I can see my body changing.

Of course I'm excited =] I figured since I shared my starting point on here that I should probably show the progress!

This last week has been a week of over indulging and I only worked out 3 times instead of 5 or 6 AND to top it all off it's the week that my period starts (I know tmi) so I'm bloated from all of that. When I woke up this morning I was kind of eh about my body so I drank my shake, worked out, made a healthy lunch and now here I am comparing my before and this months picture.
It's hard to see in this picture but my thighs have more muscle (even my husband noticed this!), when I wear my high heals my calf muscle shows, my tricep/bicep/shoulder is starting to show small signs of muscle, my breasts are more perky from the chest workouts and my back fat is starting to go down. I have one more week of this phase then I move onto the next one and I couldn't be more excited!!

I did! I had so much great food that I had a stomach ache and my family had me laughing the whole time I was with them so that didn't help! How was yours?!

Well thank you for sharing your faght (my compromise between fat and weight) loss journey with us. It's a two fold win. First we get the encouragement and motivation to lose some of out own faght (I started the effort to drop my extra 20 yesterday) and second we get to see your wonderful pics.

Keep up the great work (on loss and pics!) and I hope next New Years you're where you want to be.
