Hey. I just saw Hollow Man the other day. The promos and teasers made the flick look to be interesting. And it was--for the first two thirds. What started out as a good science fiction movie (and NEVER use "sci-fi" or I'll set my hired goons on you) eventually degenerated into a run-of-the-mill action/horror story. The ending was rife with errors on the parts of both villain and heroes; I started picking the story apart, eventually. Worth seeing, I suppose, because it has bare breasts, but it's not worth seeing in the theatres. There was good acting, but the plot could have used professional help. If you want an action flick, go see X-Men; it's worth more for your buck.

AaAAaaaAAA Thrash metal rulez!!! *headbangs to 'thrax*

Thanks for the heads up! Wait til it's the World Television Premiere... gotcha

Man,

You can get EVERYTHING on lit. can't ya?
Naked pics, ego boosters, erotic chat, meet your future spouse, Movie reviews........OMG I LOVE this place!

Seriously... every movie review so far ever put on this board has been right on the money! If only you'll had any idea how much I love going to the movies and how much money you have saved me by waiting till VHS!! LOL

Thank's you just saved me some money. I will take your word for it and wait till it comes on video or a third feature at the drive in

You were right on about this one, Canucklehead! (Like your name btw). It seemed kinda like a poorly done rendition of "the invisible man" to me.

And what the point of going to a Kevin Bacon movie if you can't even see him? ;)

(The special effects were REALLY cool, though.)

I'm telling

Hey, Canucklehead, Rand al'Thor used the term" sci-fi". Alert the goons!

If any of those" naked breasts" belong to Elizabeth Shue, then your right, it is worth the rental.LOL

i'll have to agree also. i thought the ending was just boring. the whole set up was great until the usually predictable ending to an action movie. and seeing kevin bacons package...even the inside was worth it. but i think i would have preferred to wait for video.

thanks for letting me know. i was planning on seing it. as for seing x man thanks but i think you have to know something about the comics before you watch it.

Way to go, Canucknucklehead! I love science fiction, too, and I hate the term sci-fi. Unfortunately, the best science fiction movie ever made was way back in the fifties, "Forbidden Planet". While I like Star Trek and Star Wars in their many incarnations, none of them live up to their hype.

And Starship Troopers was a huge disappointment. One of the best science fiction novels ever written was trashed by Hollywood.

I agree totally skibum about Starship. Thanks for the headsup about hollowman; I saw the making of and I figured it'd be a rent one get one free kind of flick. Hope Kevin B. doesn't show his butt in this one. Just kidding if there's breasts there should be some sort of male exposure as well! Equal parts under the law right!
