Once again, I find myself with virtually nothing interesting to say.
So I had to make a thread to tell y'all that. :D

i dont think i've ever had anything interesting to say since i joined here ... maybe when i do i can finally leave :)

Okay, here's something. We had rain, snow, and hail all mixed together yesterday morning. The kitty and I were watching, then it stopped. Just like a faucet had been turned off. Yep. Pretty cool. Err, maybe not. LOL

Mini rant about SARS.

Yes, it's communicable and seems to be very contagious. But...it has a mortality rate of 4% or less. This is LESS than the regular flu.

IMO, the media is bored and wanting to stir the shit, so they are blowing the SARS threat all out of proportion. You are more likely to die of the flu than this new bug.

Okay, I'm done. I want some brownies. ;)

Evidently I have absolutely nothing of interest to add to this thread... Except, I have brownies... :D

It's called public health paranoia, Toronto is only 2 hours from me....7 people dead....I've never seen anything like it....

I feel your pain, April. I have 12k posts of nothing to say.

My dream is to reach 10,000 posts sometime this year.
I think I can do it. Barely.

My goal is to get rid of half of mine. Think we could donate our posts to more needy posters?

Pretty sick, Eh? The Brits, Aussies et al are suggesting that their citizens "avoid" Toronto, if at all possible....

In the words of Franklin Delano Roosevelt " We have nothing to fear but fear itself".

We are still having that weather here

and my cats hate it
they thought spring had cum

Not only that, why all the panic about SARS anyway? There are close to 6 billion people on the planet and a mere 500 or so have it?
