Hijacked thread

Since the av sizing thread got hijacked ... can someone help me resize these. All I can do is cut them off at the sides, top and bottom. Photo Soap will not resize or enhance very well.

Dang Lit ....

It is telling me the file size on the woman w/ the dragon and the fire one are both too big still.
