No, I am pretty relaxed about things even though anxiety gets to me, once in a while.

I sleep well.
I dont' cry without serious provocation.
I don't sweat the small stuff.
I don't have temper tantrums even though there are times when a good tantrum would come in handy.

Not as much high strung as intense. I have too much stuff running through my mind...mixed with background noise from the kiddies, (ever found yourself typing the conversations going on around you?) snippets of songs that get stuck in my mind and won't leave me the hell alone, conversations and posts and tv shows, and then theres my own thoughts weaving in and out of all the above, and all the "how do you do that, how do you do this?" and that friggin phone ringing!
I have a difficult time relaxing. I don't think I've done it in 10 years.
