The only rule about incest at Literotica is that it gets you TONS of readers! It seems to be the favorite category. When I get tired of my stories being ignored, I write a quick and dirty incest one and get tons of feedback.

For the record the model in the picture on the website I referred to is over 18. As for the story that I will be writing I have no problem making all of the characters over eighteen.
