 Hi, well I was wondering if anyone has ever had an experience in setting up a hidden camera before.

Me and my "friend" want to make a little movie of our own,for our own little collection but.....he gets "camera shy" and acts fake as can be!

So we agreed upon something that was kind of odd but inspired by a certain ad that one of us saw when downloading some music( damn high prices and people wonder WHY they rip and trade the crap around,if it sucks why pay $20 for one decent song??oh well back to the topic!). im sure you have seen the adds for the X2 mini cameras before since they spam all over the place.

I bought several of them and have been able to set some of them up in certain rooms without being visible. the kitchen, bed room, living room, heck even the garage so far has them. he hasnt been able to spot them even after i say that there is one in there watching us and recording it for our ..movie:p

The only real challenge so far is to get the shower/bathroom/hallroom scene down.
the idea is to have it start recording when we are in the shower going at it. then when we are in the bathroom and record us as we are making out, hands everywhere as we slowly make our way down the hallway to the masterbedroom. the scene then picks up where hes going to bend me over onto the bed..and well you get the idea;).

So far all the scenes have been great, well the 2nd round of them at least. he knows they are there but doesnt see them so he cant really turn this way or that way or rearrange his angle on the camera so he eventually got frustrated and just gave up and focused his frustrations into me;):p :D

the thing is that we do have company over and i want to make sure that I can leave them placed but shut them off and not worry that someone will get wise on our little movie making adventures.;)

any help with the shower/bathroom(over the sink;))/down the hallway scenes would be much appreciated;)!!!  :p

Don't want to put a damper on it... but it's not wise to leave the cameras in the bathroom when you have company over. I have a friend who was in court yesterday ....courtesy of a guest finding one in the bathroom. Caution caution caution.

WARNING! HIJACK ALERT!

Holy fuck.

I know this has NOTHING to do with the thread, but my conscience won't let me let it go. As an ASCAP songwriter and a member of a class-action lawsuit against illegal downloads, I really hope you don't do this again.

S.

HIJACK COMPLETED. BACK TO THE ORIGINAL THREAD.

 hijacking in progress,or would that merely be taking a wrong turn since its my own post??

I personally hate all this BS that is going on with the music companies and the lawsuits . yeah some jackasses download whole cds and have no intention of ever buying it at a store even if they like it and keep it around. Thats one group of people.

What really sucks though is those like me. THey hear a great song on the radio or video on tv and they go out and buy that cd from that group, shelling out $20 on average and around $25+ for an import cd. We get home put it into the cd player and listen through it all and soon find out that the song that was a single was the only decent one on there. The rest is merely filler. I know i feel DECIEVED(!!!) when this happens to me. I have tryed doing things the "legal" way to check out a cd which is to buy the single but as i said its impossible to find the one you want and even then its 50% of the regular cd's cost. Im screwed either way and thats without the good feeling afterwards. should i A) shell out $20 on a gamble that i might end up with a decent cd or B)buy the single for $10 and if i like it shell out another $20 for the full cd. Or C) just say fuck it and realize they have me fucked already so i might as well buy the full cd even though i know nothing about it,how many singles truely represent the full cd's content? VERY few. or D) i can download the sucker off the net, check it out and if i like it i can happily go shell out the $20 for a product that I know ill enjoy and use or if i hate it i can delete the sucker like all hell broke loose and never think of buying the cd.

The music companies jack the prices up for all of us LEGAL users that buy the cds while they speak out of their arse saying its due to pirating.

Back in 1997 a new cd that was on sale went for $12.00 and regular price was 15.00 while imports ran for 15-20 depending on the rarity !!! Now at the same store the sale price for a new cd is $16.00 if im lucky, the new Linkin Park was on "sale" for $18!! Regular price for a cd is now $18 at lowest and averages $20. Imports can be disgusting at $25+. Singles that are domestic run for almost $10 while imports can be up to $15!!!

However the Minimum wage has only increased maybe a full buck.

The more they squeeze us for a Cd the more and more people WILL find a way to download it illegally to basically raise their middle finger in defiance to those that they would have gladly bought from. More people will download it illegally as well.

Sure they say it hurts the artist but all of them are allowing the fan base to be jacked at the register. the companies are shooting themselves in the legs by finding or forming cookie cutter groups/singers and rushing them in and out of the studios with rubbish they call music all in hopes of cashing in on the new trends or preempt the other record label.

mean while we the consumers are being hit three ways. High prices that continue to skyrocket, due to piracy:rolleyes: , the inability to scope the cd out before buying:devil: and the companies allowing pure crap to make it onto a cd and have music reviewers praise it all day long:mad:

all in all the music industry blows. the fans are mad becuase of prices and the artist are complaining becuase people are downloading their music. I say both of those groups go in and kick some CEO's asses at the record labels!!! They are the ones fucking both sides over!!

oh and fuck metallica!!! take the fight to the source not the fans that are sick of paying obscene amounts of money for some music with the reasons above hitting them.

all in all it sucks.
