I can see it, I can see it. The face of my beloved. I have found the moon. I can almost touch it. This cup brims over with the moon’s rays. And so my heart overflows with the rays. If the moon’s rays shatter that cup, a woman will end her life. What have I seen? Will I grasp it? Will it elude me or end in tears? When the clouds part…it is your face I see. When the flowers bloom, it is your voice I hear. And one can dream with open eyes. The fingers of love can part any stone. Is my life but a search for you? Will the paths I take lead to your home? My dream woman, will your heart meet mine? Just as the river searches for the sea, my spirit searches for you too. The river vanishes into the sea, out of our union a new form will rise. I will string the stars together, I will knock on your door at any time. And my love, I will close your eyes in mine.
