An avatar you mean? Yeah, I have had it pretty much selected since day one because normally I do not have this issue on forums. I even adjusted the size right because I saw one guy say it can only be 15k or something.

Not sure what the problem is, unless there's a short lag time after you get to 100 before the option to install/edit an avatar is available in your control panel.
