I have no idea who you had to fuck to get the job as moderator here, but the rules are not:"I make this place the way I like." But maybe this is just a big misunderstanding and you just didn't get the site rules, before you got your position, so I will copy & paste them:

You may post whatever you like. Consequently, so can everyone else. The administrators here don't believe they are anyone's parents nor are they anyone's Jiminy Cricket. It's not their responsibility to make sure that everyone on the site uses free speech responsibly. It's up to individual users to be responsible for themselves.

This is something I've wondered about every time I've reported a thread.

The rules say that everything goes and nobody has to use their free speech in a civil manner as long as you don't spam or post underage stuff, but when you report a thread, it says under the text field that the report function can be used to report problematic posts, such as rudeness, fighting or harassment.

So which is it?

Primalex is Primalex. Yes, his posts may lean towards the abrasive, but if someone's sensibilities are so offended by words on a screen - put him on ignore.

If a 'submissive' woman (or man) is so fragile that she (or he) can't put up with "his shit" on an online forum, or isn't self-sufficient enough to put him on ignore? She (or he) probably needs to sort out a few issues re: healthy boundaries. Seriously. It's words on a computer.

Theoretically, Literotica is a free speech site. Which means even if you think Primalex is an asshat, his posts are as valuable as anyone's. Which means randomly deleting Primalex's posts - especially when I've never seen anything remotely as offensive as the crap posted over on the GB - is BS.

I haven't "removed" your posts. They've been put under moderation, meaning that Laurel gets to see what posts I've tagged as off-topic/spam/completely irrelevant to the topic of discussion. It's she thinks that my tagging had been inappropriate, she would reinstate your post with all due respect.

It's both, to be precise.

Laurel doesn't want to write down a constitution. They're simply some major guidelines that this forum is based upon. Off-topic comments or non-substantive posts are are still prohibited.

If you're so miffed about your posts getting deleted, I'll stop tagging/"deleting" your posts and relocate them to the General Board.

Well, hello there.

I don't believe that Mods need to active participants in a board they moderate. It doesn't make a difference at all. Some like it, some don't. Speaking for myself, I'll say that I don't have the time to be an active participant. I'll join in if you ever need my 2 cents, but you've got some great posters of your own to be needing my opinion.

Still, if you have any questions or queries or anything to ask or talk about, please do it. I can always respond to that.
