Come up with an automatic refresh program so that we don't have to keep clicking the refresh button to update the page. That would make my life a lot easier.

Just send me the profits please.

Create a keyboard shortcut for a key thats near one of your hands, so you dont have to move your hand with the mouse or to hit F5.

Or, if you have more than 2 mouse buttons, configure those so one is refresh.

Now show me the money :D

You can probably do it with **********, inside of a frame. Look up a ********** tutorial site, somewhere.

Exsqueeze me, kids...but I am not one of those computer whiz's that I was talking about. I meant for YOU to do the work and then give me a link or a list of instructions. :)

get a 1 pence piece and push it between f5 and f6 ... instant refresh :)

As with most good ideas, someone has not only already thought of it, they have done it:

Using the Opera web browser, you go to the "navigation" menu, select "reload every" and you can choose to reload a page anywhere from 5 seconds to 30 minutes.

For Lit. Opera would be okay, but the current version does not support DHTML, so I don't use it. The next version soon to be released and now in beta does support DHTML.

Yeah you could, or you could maybe do it with a meta refresh tag, or you could ask vBulletin devo to put a meta refresh tag option into vB for each user, or you could just get Opera.
