Heres a nice Summer drink for ya

If your guests ask for lemonade with a "kick." I call it "Capri Sun."


1 1/2 oz Absolut Citron or citronated vodka of your choice
1 oz southern Italian Limoncello liquer
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 lemon wedge
superfine sugar
lemon slice

Rub lip of chilled cocktail glass with lemon and rim with sugar. Shake ingredients vigorously with ice in cocktail shaker. Strain into glass. Float lemon slice. Drink and think of me.

sounds lethal - one of those summer drinks that tastes like lemonade but creeps up on you - I can see it finishing of a few people !

limoncello - isnt that just lemon flavoured Grappa ?

Sounds refreshing but not too sweet...

Another good one is Blueberry vodka and cranberry juice or Sour Apple vodka and apple schnapps over lots of ice!

Blueberry Vodka and Sprite, or 7-up is good too.. tastes just like a snow cone.. MM Yummy.

Ill have to try the drink above.. Im in the mood for Summer to get here soon, so if I drink more.....

lol @ 9-layer bean dip.

at work when I make lemondrops:
citron vodka
sour mix
fresh lemon juice
splenda- so it mixes and isn't chunky when chilled
splash of triple so it isn't too sour
(that is the long version)

I bet the limoncello is perfect in it
give it good consistency.
