Help?

I hate to make a forum for this, but didn't know what else to do. Recently started on chat, had no problems, making friends and such. I was surprised to be able to make a room and be able to meet some interesting and literate individuals in there. Less than two days, and suddenly in the middle of a conversation, I get banned. I have been unable to get a response from either of my messages I sent for a reasoning behind this. I wish only for some sort of explanation. I went through the rules over and over trying to find one I could have broken to get banned, but I can't for the life of me figure it out.. Any suggestions?
