how do i start a new thread? i dont know how to put pics up and am totally lost, pls help guys

Use ImageChicken, Upload your pics to there then copy and paste the "Full size image" code to the thread.

Forgot to say you need to re-size the pics to 640 x 480 pixels use Irfan View its a free photo editing program. Good luck!

You've already started the thread.

To upload pics to it, reply to the thread, then scroll down beneath the reply message text box and you'll see more options.

Down there, there's a button that says "Manage Attachments".

That's the key.
