iam trying to post a pic do they show up right away like regualr threads or do they review them?

They should show up in your post when you are taken there after you hit "submit"...immediately.

However, I learned from experience that they DON'T show up in "preview post"

Max file size is 102400b (I had to crop some of my pics to get them to fit)

Yes, I'm a female...and I'm *way* older than 22......

any one know how i make a pic smaller in file size so i can post it?

Cropping

Use whatever imaging software you have (I use Photobase; you can use the "Paint" that comes with windows). You should have a button/menu option for "crop". Use the mouse to outline the area that you want to keep. If you can't figure it out, try your program's help file.
