I'm baking a ham for dinner. With it I plan on having scalloped potatoes (boxed.. I was to lazy to make homemade ones today), hot rolls and some sort of veggie.

What kind of veggie should I have? Corn (canned it myself last summer), green beans (fresh), broccoli (frozen), cauliflower (frozen) or carrots, broccoli and cauliflower mixed (frozen).

Or should I have a green salad? Maybe some cottage cheese with peaches or pears?

Ugh! I hate cooking Sunday meals!

The only advice I can offer is to be sure and take the scalloped potatoes out of the box before cooking. Hope that helps.

SHIT!!!!!!!

The instructions didn't mention removing anything from the box.

I guess I will eat the green beans myself.

Mom wants none (she has decided she hates cooked vegetables) and Kimber wants "scottish" cheese with pineapple.

to make it irish you should have cabbage

but i like pea's with everything so i'd have peas

but im not sure if you've got either of those so i guess it doesn't help :)

Oh.. peas would be good to.

I guess I could put the green beans off until tomorrow. They should keep another day.

I'll have to search the depths of the freezer. I'm sure I have peas.

Thanks Sexy Girl.. I hadn't even thought about peas!
