Help with uploading MS Word (.doc)

I am trying to get my MS Word to post on Literotica, I keep getting a message that the document can't be read. Instructions were to download a file, convert it and resubmit. I did that and tried my best to have the doc match the other ones on Literotica.
My story contains two pictures (.jpg) that are embedded within the text at different places.
I got this to post on Amazon, B&N and Smashwords with no problem. Any help appreciated.

I've never posted a story with pictures but I remember in the instructions for posting a story it mentions that. The way it works is the pictures are sent in seperate from the document. I believe you are to leave sections blank for where you want the pictures.

I've never done it but I would assume they have a seperate system in place for illustrated stories.
