You can resize them using Paint. It's pretty easy.

Open up Paint. Start Button -> programs -> Accessories -> Paint
Open the picture
Resize
Save as something else.

There is a FAQ about resizing photos on the How To Forum...you might want to search through there for advice, also.

And please make sure you have her permission to post pictures!

Resize to what exactly? I could never get that to work to the right size. I go to image optimizer, it does it in seconds.
