Help with avatar

I have no idea how to post an avatar. I'd like to use one of the pictures I've posted here, but don't know that I can resize, then utilize it. Can anyone help me? If so, please PM me. I'm such a computer moron!

YOu can have an avatar at 100 posts.

It needs to be resized to 150 x 150 pixels.

For more help, do a lit search for "avatars".

It's ok Luv, I didnt know at first either, and then I found a post on them... I kinda went nuts posting for a while. I guess i kinda wanted to be a part of the "in" crowd of ppl that have them
