How do I delete old PM's?

I have people telling me my PM box is full, but I deleted everything this morning....what's up with that?

Check your 'Sent' folder also...on the right side of your PM listing is a little drop box...'Sent' should be listed as one of the choices.

(Edit: Also, make sure you're actually in your 'Private Messaging' not just the front of the CP where it says 'New Messages'...I do that all the time )

ok did that, there were only two items in there though, surely that isnt a full mailbox is it?

When you clicked on the time that should be examined...did you highlight "the beginning"? Otherwise it only does the default amount.
