Help please...

Hi,

Have opsted on a different board..and was told to try over here for help...

I have created a log in and password, as you can see, I am logge don fine over here and can post etc. However when I try to log in on the main site it wont let me. I get to the main log in page where you have the screen split into quaters...with the user name and password boxes in the top right hand corner. I put them in and it just refreshes the page. I have tried changing my password, and it will let me do that, I have tred diliberatly putting in the worng password and it still wont let me in and doesn't even tell me I have doen anything wrong. (First time for everything )

Anyway...I have stories to submit...some one point me in the right direction please....I promise you wont be disapointed...

Still not working right huh? I don't know how to help but Weird Harold is the Lit tech fix-it man. You might even PM him since I'm not sure he looks in the HT 'Cafe'. He generally looks in the HT (the 'cafe' is an off shoot, more for open ended, opinion discussions).

I've PMed him for help before and he was quite amenable. I wish I had the answer. As a last resort you could also PM Laurel, she and Manu are the owners of the site.

I've always found when I'm logged in on the boards, it carries over to the main site where I have the option of making comments, changing that profile, submitting, and signing up for things like the Volunteer Editor Program under my username.

When you log in to the boards, do you check the 'Remember My Username/Password' (or something like that) box? Do you have cookies enabled?

I'm not sure what "screen split into quarters" page you're talking about; could you post the URL?

Well there is something new on this site, I have never seen in the last 6 years; a totally different login page.

Though I did read you can post (submit) stories through your profile page.

Try signing in here first, then following the link to Literotica.com

Then to Submit.

Then to this link.

Then to here.

Now if you were logged in here to start out , then you will find that this is your profile page and about half way down will be the link to submit your work.

Now that might be all you need... but I doubt it, I think there must be something else wrong or you would have got there already.
