If they're on your computer, you can easily attach them. There are detailed instructions in our FAQ sticky, and you can preview your post(s) first to make sure everything comes out correctly. If you figured out how to post a thread or have ever attached anything to an email, attaching pics to a post should be fairly easy for you.
Another option (especially if you need to resize your images, or are having trouble doing so) is to "hotlink" them, or insert them directly into your posts. There are instructions for that in the FAQ sticky as well. You will need to use an image hosting service that allows adult content and allows you to resize/edit images. I like Picasa, but there are a bunch of free services out there.
