Help me you freaking computer experts: Win 2k install problem

Im going to install windows 2000 though DOS Cause its a fresh hard drive.

File copying goes fine..
When it says remove floppy from drive to reboot I do.

But when it reboots it says cant find NTLDR file even though its on hard drive.

what do I gota do..

Can you boot from the CD? and just go that way?

Can you boot from the CD? and just go that way?

I tried. for soem reason my system wont boot from CD.
Even though I changed the boot sequence in the bios to have CD first.

Remove the Floppy device from the boot sequence
