help me find, please

This is going to sound odd, or maybe it's just me, but I can't find my new story. I'm not using the search function, but I checked my submissions page and it's listed as approved, you can find it via the link in my sig, and it's on my author page, but it doesn't show up in either the new stories or the genre it's submitted in.

It's the wedding-related story I wrote for Vermilion's dress, entitled Wedding Jitters.

Is this SOP, do I need to wait for another day for it to register? It seems odd to me, because I can access it via other means.

This has happened to me--I take it you only submitted it a few days ago and this is the first time it's appeared?

I've noticed that the new stories list gets updated around 3 or 4 times a day, twenty or so stories at a time. Sometimes, although your story's been approved, it doesn't appear on the new list until later in the day, even though you can see it on your approved submissions list.

Depending on the time zone you're in, this can be a good thing--as it means you get to stay on the front page for longer.

Hang in there--I'm fairly sure it'll turn up on the new stories list later today.
