HELP.... I NEED A MENU!!!

Ok folks, I don't usually call on anyone (much) for help.. I am an ace at Thanksgiving... and we all know that Christmas is all about HAM... at least I know
What I need is ............

What else can I serve with HAM?

So far I have
Taters (Mashed and Sweet)
Baked Mac -N- Cheese
and
Pie

HELP!
I'm stuck!!!

Green beans mixed with french fried onion rings. The rings are made by Durkee (and others) and come in a can. Very easy and fast to make.

I like Red Velvet Cake at Christmas, I made one today. I am having a beef roast instead of ham or turkey. With brocoli and sweet potato casserole. Also, we are having green beans with new potatoes on them. Fruit salad is nice if you like that.

Sounds like you need more veggies and possibly fruit. How about steamed baby carrots with ginger butter or a salad with mixed greens, dried cranberries, golden raisins and either a raspberry or sweet mustard vinaigrette.
Then perhaps a jello salad (Martha did some cool ones with fruit juices and unflavored gelatin - you should be able to find recipes on the web) or some kinda of cranberry thing.

I think your choices sound great so far, and so does everyones suggestions. Makes me wish I was eating somewhere with a big family, with a choice of 417 platters before me.
