Hello from London!

This is looking like a bit of a private convo but just wanted to say:
Yes to Hamilton.... I’m off to see it Thursday. ( cannot wait)
Yes to the ballet .... particularly Sergei Polunin or Carlos Acosta.
😉

Another new face...and one that is going to see Hamilton this week!!! :)

You are more than welcome to join our silly, usually random, conversations my dear.:rose: As Allia recently pointed out, while we seem to be the only ones left standing, its technically not our party.

Angelica :cattail:

Hiya

Hello Londoners.
I know this is a Londoners page but I assume we are allowed to say hello back.
I love that city. I try to go there once a year and my last visit was in April and I had such a great time.
As usual I got lost on occasions and always got so much help getting back on track from locals of all hues and ages. Looking forward to getting back. (Just a pity you still can't strip off in the fantastic parks but that would be asking a lot lol)

This isn't really a Londoner's thread as such. It was started by a guy from London who has been unheard of since March. I personally like to think he is being held captive amongst the avocado plants being hydroponically cultivated in Allia Postesta's cellar... Oh and the fact my Lit name is Londoner2 is completely incidental.

Does going to London once a year make me eligible to post in this thread? :D

Hello! I'm not a Londoner, though it is one of my favorite cities as well. Yank, currently living in Chicago.

All this attention

I suspect that some of these new, very welcome, faces have something to do with Allia's recent photo series for England in the World Cup. At first though, I thought that maybe Ruth was sans trousers or I had forgotten to button my shirt...again. :D

Girls that forget to button up their shirts are most welcome in every city. It's an art that should be cultivated and encouraged http://forum.*********************s.../forum.*********************s/icons/icon7.gif

My problem is not so much that I forget to button my shirt but that the bosoms are forever making bids for freedom. Usually in the office.... the joys of a G cup!

That is such a lovely vision to perk up a guy at work on such a hot day. A day that now has got a little hotter!! Thank you x

Don't put yourself down ;)

FREEDOM! and I can hear the song (set me free)

And may I just add that in no way is this a private conversation.

We're squatters squirting accusations of quandary. (Aka Talking Shit)

I reckon the OP is a figment of our imagination?

Another buxom bosom... not sure what it is about this thread that attracts the more well endowed lady, we are all congregating here.... you’re braver than me with buttons :D

I’m going with your buttons missus - I don’t recognise these people from my thread, they are definitely here for your buttons... (or Ruth's Legs - you got good legs Ruth?)

Yeap!
Nice arse,
Good legs, more wirey on top (im going for the rockclimber look:rolleyes:)

But I'm sure people are coming for the cake!

Just for clarification, is that a UK G or a US G? I am overly endowed myself with 38GG UK/38J US.

Can’t weigh in on Ruth’s legs just yet. Haven’t seen them out of the thermals. Bet he’s not wearing them when he goes to the art house theatres. Hmmm.

I’m a UK - G but I thought they were the same.... clearly not. More than a handful in any event. It won’t let me load a profile pic otherwise I’d show you. Oh and I haven’t come here from any other thread really.... maybe the hotel encounters 😈

I am ridiculously, practically inappropriately, excited that you are going to see Hamilton! I agree with our new friend here in that I think events like plays, movies, opera, and the symphony are excellent places to go solo. Once the house lights go down or the conductor takes the podium, conversation should cease. Trust me, this girl will shush a bitch. During intermission, stretch your legs, read the program. No sidekick needed.

I’m excited too! I’m gonna start making more of my time here... before you know it, I’ll be assigned to a new client and probably end up with 12 months in Luton... no one wants 12 months in Luton...

Used to go to the opera alone as no one wanted to go with me.

I have also found opera to be the hardest sell. I've seen several operas on my own (La Boheme, L'Elisir d'Amore, Lucia di Lammermoor). :rose:
I actually have several colleagues now that appreciate opera. La Traviata will be our inaugural group opera.

Someone will definitely need to do me crib sheets so I know what’s gonna on...

^^ always nice to find new play friends:devil:

I've been to a few lovely houses. La Scala, Sydney but never got around to London or Paris (despite numerous visits)

Ballet is the one I struggle with. Love the music, just, men in tights... Yeah I know... I'd fuck the ballerinas though! WHAT!

Ohhh - I’ve visited La Scala, gorgeous- didn’t manage Paris, I intended to nose around on my last day and they shut it unexpectedly... can’t remember the name of the smaller one near to the biggie and can’t be arsed to google, but I went by at twilight and on the steps you could hear the music and a handful of couples were dancing- so beautiful, xx

Is it raining in London?:devil::devil:

Hot, hot, hot which I shouldn’t grumble about but I am currently sat on a stationary train because National Rail can’t deal with hot tracks... they also can’t deal with icy weather, or strong winds, or leaves on the line, or snow... if it’s not tepid the fucking country comes to a standstill...

This is looking like a bit of a private convo but just wanted to say:

1). It’s verging on hot in London this week.

2) Yes to Hamilton.... I’m off to see it Thursday. ( cannot wait)

3). Yes to the ballet .... particularly Sergei Polunin or Carlos Acosta.

As you were

😉

Ohhh - let me know what you think of Hamilton- any other recommendations? Am stuck in a lonely hotel room most weeks...

I passed a completely starkers man this morning.. although I don’t think he was quite right unfortunately... I have sat in parks at lunch with work colleagues as some around us strip to bikinis which always feels a bit weird when it is clearly a park full of office workers on their lunchbreak...

They are not avocado plants :D

Does going to London once a year make me eligible to post in this thread? :D

Everyone is eligible (says me, it’s not my thread of course...)

Hello! I'm not a Londoner, though it is one of my favorite cities as well. Yank, currently living in Chicago.

The Windy City! Sorry, I just like saying that...

Regarding solo theatre, I used to always go to art house cinema alone...

Art house? What sort of art house? Sounds like a euphemism:D have you been to see anything yet at The Electric in Brummietown? The oldest working cinema in the U.K. (although I suspect several lay claim... used to be a blue cinema... I love it, you can rent a little sofa instead of seats...

Yeap!
Nice arse,
Good legs, more wirey on top (im going for the rockclimber look:rolleyes:)

But I'm sure people are coming for the cake!

Cake? Wait! What cake!!? Give me cake - I’m stuck on a fucking platform, National Rail should be giving me cake... and wine...

Just for clarification, is that a UK G or a US G? I am overly endowed myself with 38GG UK/38J US.

This is getting complicated...

Can’t weigh in on Ruth’s legs just yet. Haven’t seen them out of the thermals. Bet he’s not wearing them when he goes to the art house theatres. Hmmm.

I guarantee he won’t be in thermals today... I have thermals though, my other half mocked me when I bought myself thermal long johns, but the amount of timeI spend on train platforms in winter - Best Buy ever... unsexy as fuck... I do not care, I will take toasty legs anyday...

Buxom women?

How did I not detect this thread earlier?

Clearly not being paying enough attention...

Cue the gents offering to help with the pic :D

Welcome to the gang,

I'm lost but...

The pic won't work as you don't have 100 posts
You could try the profile one though?

Trains : Even if the weather is tepid, they change the time table and still fuck it up!
(Privatise it Jeremy)

Telling someone in India it's hot here seems disingenuous?

Cake? Cake! Did someone say cake!
