The vote is definitely OUT! Even in my tiny rural community, there was a serious line at the polling place as it opened this morning. Young and old alike. I've never, ever experienced a line when voting here before!

It is in the nature of politicians to try every trick, trap, and cheat possible to get into power.

The best way to dissuade them is to vote in very large numbers. It makes those small cheats a lot less effective.

Many pundits have said that any turnout greater than 115 million will really favour Kerry, and early estimates today show the turnout might be closer to 125. Great job America, regardless of the outcome!

Early exit polls show Kerry leading in New Mexico, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and Florida, (polling at greater than 50% in each of those states) with Iowa a tie and Bush leading in Colorado.
