The've all been erotic, the two most memorable:

-A sort of medical experiment/witness protection program scenario. Waking up as a woman, a husband has been assigned to me. Woke up right before having sex with my husband.
-I was a woman, and a prostitute - having sex with strangers in exchange for bags of groceries.

used to have them all the time.. the first lucid one i remember is as a nine year old waking up with breasts.... used to play home with a girl next door same age but me as the mother, breastfeeding the baby dolls...

Pffft, yeah. My dreams seldom tell a rational, continuous story, but I'm often female in them, or at least for some part of a given dream. Been that way since childhood, but I'm admittedly gender dysphoric, so there's that.
