Did once back in the early 80's. Not planned, he just called the office where I worked to talk about usual marriage things (kids, bills,) and then started talking sexually to one another. One thing led to another, and we were both having our first attempt at phone sex. I have to admit it was very exciting in that my boss could have walked in at any minute, or anyone for that matter. Walked around with a goofy look the rest of the day.
