Babe, two things.
First - don't be in a huge hurry to lose your virginity. I know it's frustrating and seems like everyone else is doing it, but your first time is also something that should be cherised - not thrown away like na old tissue.
Second - try just talking to a girl, without the consideration of making moves on her. Develop a friendship, then let it move on to the next step casually. Are you involved in any sports or activities? If not, find one - perferably one that's not all male - it's a great way to meet ladies. Plus women are always more interested in men who have outside interests.

Get very good at hiding your sexual readiness. The more desperate you seem, the less desireable you are to women. Girls want things they can't have. For good reason, usually. Things that are hard to get are usually more desireable. So if a girl senses you are far too "ready" for sex, she won't be interested.
You've got to cool down. Do the ole knuckle shuffle, calm the nerves, then head out and try and look like the kind of guy women want. The popular, smart guy with cool clothes and always seems to say the right things.
Trust me, I was never like this. I know how hard it is. But you know when I found women? When I gave up trying. As soon as I just stopped caring - I started catching women looking at me and hitting on me.
Now, I'm married, so none of this matters anymore, haha. But I pass on to you what it was that got me laid.

i agree with the head thing body langauge will get you no where if you show you want it she might walk away get into her head see what she is all about like my husband did and hey then he was in my pants i am not saying play head games but if you come on too strong with the touching and trying to feel youll get know where just find out what she is about take it slow
