Have the underage guidelines been tightened?

I have had a story published in which it is revealed that the MC's underaged daughter has become sexually active. Mom is taking her to the gynecologist to get a prescription for a diaphragm. During the drive, daughter questions mom about her infidelity. I very carefully avoided describing the daughter's sexual activity, merely acknowledged that she was active.

Because this OP listed the exact issue I was having. And people are still watching this thread so I could hopefully get an answer. Since it seemed like I was rejected by what seemed to be a ChatGPT. I have already done everything you suggested. Maybe they need to find more people to read over the stories. If a company doesn't have enough workers it's not the customer's fault.
You resubmitted the story with a note in the notes box asking for a specific citation of what's wrong? And you've given time for her to answer? This works for me. This works for others. You're not a customer here. You've paid nothing/you're buying nothing. You're not coming across well. You asked, and I took time/effort to tell you what works for others.

IDK if I'll get an actual response or another autoreply. So I'm trying to find an answer from real people. Literotica offers a service. Although it doesn't cost anything people use it. I myself got a free government phone because I qualified for it. Some people on here said they wait weeks for a reply. Yeah, you took time/effort to complain about me necroposting on a feed you and others are apparently watching.

Try not to get too bent out of shape over the necropost thing. That's an inevitability of the internet no matter where you are. If you revive a post because it's relative to your inquiry, people complain about thread necromancy. If you start a new thread, people complain about "yet another post on a tired subject. Did you even search?"

I've been tilting with this windmill since the 90s. There's no winning this battle. ( Unless it's a forum you're an admin on and can make it a rule ;) )

If you've resubmitted with a note, Laurel will give it a closer examination to see if she made a mistake. If she did, it will go through with no additional feedback. If she feels the rejection wasn't in error, you may or may not get some additional feedback concerning the objectionable passages, and the specificity of that feedback varies as well.

When it comes to underage rejections, there's a very hard line that many consider draconian. Ogling a woman in a bathing suit? Seeing or hearing sex the person isn't involved in? Hearing about sex in any level of detail from someone else? If there's an underage person there, it's going to get bounced. Sex isn't just tab-a and slot-b, masturbation, or even voyeurism for the purpose of the rule. Anything sexual beyond the vaguest of references is out of bounds when someone under 18 is involved. There's a sticky at the top of the AH that goes into this, and may be worth a read.

So you may have to adjust your yardstick for what constitutes sexual for the purposes of Lit submission if it gets bounced back to you again.

Zombie threads revive at Literotica like new Walking Dead seasons. You'd think a good head shot would take care of things, but no, those suckers keep coming back.

Only because you dipped into ancient history to revive a thread on a topic that comes up new twice a week. The bottom line is that maybe you took the attitude with Laurel (the sole admissions editor) that you displayed here and she decided she didn't want to deal with you--as I now will do.

It was a pretty easy thread for me to find something that was supposed to be buried. I wasn't checking it I was necroposting. I didn't even think about it. I barely use the forum. Usually, because guys like Keith show up. It has been 4 days and I haven't heard back yet. So maybe I'll just remove the junior high comment and resubmit it. With a note saying that I removed it. I did have a voyeurism story about someone ogling a couple that was wearing nothing but their birthday suits. That was published without any issues. I read one story about a guy watching his female neighbor masturbating through a window. She was putting on a show for him and he was enjoying himself watching it. But he had empty beer cans and a hammock in the backyard and all I could think is it must be Homer Simpson. DOH! I had another story about a woman overhearing a couple next door having sex. A lot of my stories are about voyeurism. I read the sticky. It doesn't violate any of the rules. I even say the girls are 18 before anything sexual happens. It just has the slightest mention that they met in junior high. A little bit of backstory.

That should work, it sounds like the quickest and easiest solution. One sentence removed - that won't make much difference to the story - a note to the editor, done, problem solved.

Someone I talked to said Laurel might object to it happening in High School as well. I don't specifically state that the girl having sexual thoughts is over 18. I will just pm her directly now that I found out which Laurel is the one I am looking for.

Not if you've firmly established they're in their last year of High School. Literotica is awash with eighteen year old virgins eagerly awaiting their birthday.

You'd be better off just submitting the tweaked story, I think, with your note saying what you've removed. That will get the story right in front of Laurel, whereas a PM won't. Save yourself a step.
