My wife got me one when she was having extended morning sickness during pregnancy. The vendor she ordered from only had the plain smooth one, and that's the only one that I tried. Your options for compatible lubes are limited. I can't speak for the other models, but the smooth one feels great for the first couple of minutes, but then, it seems that the inner surfaces get tacky, and the friction doesn’t feel as good. You can keep applying more lube, and that helps a bit. I’d also like it to be a little tighter. The other negative is cleaning and drying. Once you clean the thing afterwards, you’ll want to let it dry out in the open. I’d hate to think about things growing inside it. It’s an odd thing to leave out in the open, and you wouldn’t want guest to stumble across it.

I’m a little curious about the other sleeves (the one with the ridges and ribs), but I haven’t been curious enough to actually buy one. If you are looking for a recommendation, I’d recommend something other than the smooth one.
