Marcus - the main hall, speaking to Abra and Nexus
Marcus turned to Abra and nodded politely.
"Master Abra," he said. "There is a matter... troubling me, and I would be grateful for your counsel. Please, join me on the forecourt." Ayus motioned towards the court just outside the Temple door, and took a moment to look back at Nexus.
"You may leave now," he said, his tone not soft, but nor was it malevolent. "I will be in my chambers once I have spoken to Master Abra. Remember what I have said; I will say more soon."
Marcus noticed Trixie standing close to Abra. A momentary grin crossed his face as he looked from the slave to his fellow Master.
"Am I to assume, Master Abra, that you have taken a liking to Trixie?," he asked. "I have no quarrel if you wish to keep her near, though I trust she will not speak of anything we discuss?"
