Seems glancing through the forum, a huge number of threads are focused on the negative, misery, vengeful emotions....thought perhaps it might be time to lighten up the atmosphere a little. I know misery likes company as the saying goes, nut surrounding ourselves with it usually only increases the black cloud, not lead us into sunny pastures. So come on folks, give us some happier thoughts and moments please. :rose: Mine is that with every day which passes, I am finding more and more peace and content in life...some of it has to do with getting older, a lot has to do with my life with F, and much has to do with my outlook on life.

Discovering things about myself that I would have never imagined to be true. And honestly being alright with it.

Catalina,

You are right, thanks for the reminder.

I am so happy right now I am floating. I am in love, deeply passionately in love with two men, my Dom and my husband. This last visit with my Dom was so... hard to put into words..magical?. Subspace brought on by the combination of a pain and hours of tantric lovemaking is the most amazing emotional state of mind and body I have ever experienced. Now I am back in the arms of my husband who accepts, loves and cherishes me for who I am.

Life is soooo sweet.

School is going fucking AWESOME. I never dreamed it would be this great.

: sighs : Ohhh Cat :catroar:

You have gone and created one of those thread dilemma's for me and I am not happy boo hoo.

Doesn't HottieMama's thread here cover this ?

Or am I missing something, it's possible. If so please feel free to castigate me. We can keep it consensual : chuckle :

Now what do I do, huh...... huh........

I was almost happy now I am torn between the propensity to show favoritism by posting on the 'wrong' thread or at least act with poor etiquette.

It's all your fault Cat : cries :

Please advise : sniffles :

LOL, yes HM's does, but I figured we need way more happy threads to balance the sad and maudlin ones a'happinin' right now. Life is a bitch at times, but dwelling on the dark moments only seems to attract more so I'm trying to sprinkle some more sunshine to lighten the shadows. :D

My happy thought for the day...though I am still coughing, I think this flu is on the way out finally!!! Oh, and I am beginning to plan my trip home in January...have let my daughter and grandaughter know I am on my way (which was greeted with great excitement from the sweet almost 7 yo), and plan what I will do while there. :cathappy:

Luna's happy thoughts:

1. My s/o will be home in 3 days (count em with me ya'll) 3 days!! *excited dancing*

2. Getting to know someone who understands you intimately is a blessing. They might not know you on an everyday level, but it feels like it, because they want to know those things as well.

3. Being who I am with someone who expects me to be no more or less is awesome..and I am blessed that there are quite a few people (both here and in r/l) who like me for me.

This is one of those threads where i really dunno what to say...

Call me ungrateful bitch, but theres nuthing "that happy" on my mind just right now *sigh*

oh only this, Chris_Xavier have his own sub! Somehow this made me happy.

Happy thoughts? Hmmmmm remembering last night.... and knowing Ive met my intellectual match..... It is a happy happy thought.. I can tell you that..

We are celebrating my sons 12th birthday today. I get to decorate the house for the halloween party we are having for him and scare the day lights out of 6 preteen boys tonight. Does it really get any better than that?

My carpool does this at work, to counteract all the usual after-work bitching... everyone has to go around and say what their good thing for the day was.

My master's coming over today... mmm, I feel all warm and fuzzy inside already, plus we're going to eat sushi! :cathappy:

And last night instead of coming home and working I got sucked into drinking free booze for hours... gosh, life is so hard.

Yay, he paid extra for me to get my licence tomorrow instead of waiting another week...lol, of course it has a lot to do with wanting me to be chauffeur again. :p

So very yummy. Seriously, my favourite soup, hands down. It is apparently fairly simply to make too.

You should know better than to pick up a duck in a dungeon *nods* :D

My happy thoughts are of my hubby (as always) and my silly daughter who, at 16, finds no shame in hugging her old mom in public and saying "I love my mama" to any who'll listen (including her friends). :) She's a treasure.

I am rocking.

This Xmas season may push me into something like adult solvency if I play it right.
