To the Father's of Lit...those special men :rose:

God took the strength of a mountain,
The majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun,
The calm of a quiet sea,
The generous soul of nature,
The comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages,
The power of the eagle's flight,
The joy of a morning in spring,
The faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity,
The depth of a family need,
Then God combined these qualities,
When there was nothing more to add,
He knew His masterpiece was complete,
And so, He called it...

What, Sir, would the people of the earth be without woman? They would be scarce, sir, almighty scarce.
-Mark Twain

My two cents. But the poem was nice.

FD poem

Thanks for the poem. I'm afraid the day hasn't been so great for the Daddy around here. He had to work and today was a little stressful. So I know he'll really like these sentiments. I pasted it to a document so I could include it in his card. I'm sure it will make him feel good because he is all those things to us.
