That pic is just a fluke, a random shot. I have my GoPro set to capture a shot every 5 seconds. I just happened to be underwater and in the process of rolling up at the moment of this pic.

Here is another from this past summer out at the park. I just came out of one rapid and am looking at the meat of Shutdown. I want to catch the left corner of that big pile of whitewater with a right to left boat angle.

I know your many GoPros are at work. And I can't imagine how much you have to wade through to find the gems. So I will continue to be amazed by these shots. And appreciative that you share these adventures with us.

It's funny because on a full day I might have 64gigs of video and between 1500 and 2000 pictures. Of those there might be 50 or 60 pics I like. And then I share 1 or two with you.

This was from tonight's roll practice. I had 30 minutes to myself at the pool and the bow cam shot 161 pics. Here is one, I couldn't decide if this should go here or eyes. Here won out.

Thanks, Tali. I'm fine. Just keeping an eye on my esophagus. I was surprised that the horrible bruise remains a week later.

For some reason such bruises seem to heal slowly...compared to other bruisings. I should know.

Be gentle with your hand and it will heal faster.
