You don't have to qualify to be listed on the contest page. You have to get 25 votes to be eligible to win.

In any event, I'm not eligible to win ... but I would appreciate reads/votes/comments.

that was a Homer Simpson moment from me then!! Doh!! I thought that the story went up in its assigned cat and then when it got the votes...
boy do i feel stoo-pid!

Well, I'm up to about 3 paragraphs on my halloween story, but the story i submitted last week, hoping it'd slip in before the comp has just been added. I wonder if it'll get any views at all?*L*
 
Glad to have an explanation for the jump in the score... mine went up too...

I'm so excited to see how many entries are up! Gonna have to spend all day at the computer reading... oh darn <grin>
 
Been gone all weekend.. so now I have reading and voting to catch up on!

As for mine..... mired in medriocity (and I can't live without my spell checker). Filled with negative comments and feedback.

Well, that's the fastest I've ever qualified for a contest. Too bad I'm not eligible to win. :rolleyes: Oh, well. A handful of 'em will most likely be swept.

Damn those big words... gotta get back to writing to spec.... no words over 3rd grade level... and ..... no story line besides boy meets girl.. no wait.. the hell with the people.. just their body parts!
 
I'll be getting round to doing some reading soon, but i'm pushing myself to get at least one entry done first :)
 
I've got a migrane, it's under some control, but writing is impossible. Anyone else need a read and vote on their entry?
