gosh, it seems like almost everyone is finished with their stories. Mine is still in the form of an idea, so I don't know if it will be ready for the contest. I still have some time to get cracking on it.

Oh my story is still only an idea too

Not a word written as yet, just had too many distractions the last couple of nights (I cannot write when Manchester United are on TV, especailly when they win ) but sometime,even if it's this weekend, I'll get going on at least one of the ideas properly *L*

My muses are being fickle.

They started on two Halloween stories and then decided that other stories were more important. They won't let me continue Halloween until the others are done and submitted.

I won't make any racist or sexist comments. If I knew enough ancient Greek I'd be swearing in it.

Why not write them both at once. Personally, I sometimes have as many as twenty stories in progress at the same time. You can write the Nude Day story and set it aside until next summer and then finish the Halloween story in plenty of time to post it next week.

I know what you mean. I'm stuck. I can't decide if I want to write 1st person [my usual way] or 3rd person.

Well, my pigtails story is set in the way it'll be written, but, I just can't motivate myself to get on with it *L* I'll get there eventually.

(Go with what feels right, have a go at writing from both POV's and see which looks best)

I haven't submitted yet because it's still too soon. The earliest date for submission is October 1. Probably the submission would be delayed until then, which is only about 36 hours from now, but I don't want to risk being early. Judging by last year, there will be no problem getting the required 25 votes before Oct. 20. I just hope none of them are from trolls.

By the way, I have always liked cats. I would be glad to pey your kitty and see where that led.
