So another "What If" scene to explore. A few pages back, I posted a still from the Bo Derek version of Tarzan, and it would beg the question, what would have happened if Jane had never heard the rifle shot. Here, I would want to explore the "What if" question of What would have happened if Zorro had remained hidden in the stables until after his pursuers had gone through, and then Elena confronted him, with no worry about time or interruption?
