It's all bullshit. I know for a fact that Nora had nothing to do with RT, as I was the one that told her about it in the first place. She was at work at the time it started. Speaking as a target of the Bob/MWG/Desiqn combined puppet-troll thing (albeit a secondary one, which is insulting enough), I'm only really surprised that Desiqn let herself be the puppet. I'd've expected her to chose her own targets. It's really terribly sad that anyone would need to stoop to this kind of crap, but there are some really sad people here, apparently.

Although I didn't specifically say it in my post, I never...for a second...believed the comments about Nora being RT. Hell, if Nora has something to say, she says it under her own name. She's not afraid to speak her mind.

Ah but this is Lit LTR...and as someone else said, its only a tragedy when someone you like is harrassed, but funnier than fuck when its someone you dislike. In theory I agree with you, but in all honesty not much is going to happen. Design will be shit on because she's still around and she likes to be kicked in the head repeatedly. Everybody else will adopt new alts and wait until the whole thing blows over...probably about 2 weeks from now.

The first time I was really and truely outraged about something that happened here (and a related incident off the board) I discovered that not a lot happened. I could talk myself blue in the face about the perfidy of the poster involved. What happened was that I got accused of being obsessed (interestingly enough from the same people who some how found the whole incident screamingly hilarious) The sad fact is, beyond its entertainment value, nobody really gives a fuck. Its the General Board and quite frankly, anything goes. Unfortunately we have to tolerate shit like this because, hey, its all covered under freedom of speech. Just like off the board, you find people that will abuse their rights at the expense of others. The only thing you can do, is be careful about who you trust. This board, when I joined it, used to be a supportive place for writers and a great place to get feedback. Now its a matter of what you make it, and some people are determined to make it their private little hovel of viciousness.

You reap what you sow in the end. From a personal standpoint, I hope everyone involved with this latest debacle, drowns in their own swill.

If they cared at all about anyone other than themselves, this would have never happened. But then I thought, if we excuse one troll based on who they are, or who they troll, then it's a little hypocritical of us to get mad at any other troll for what they've done.

I like Bob, a lot at times, and I like Desiqn, although maybe not as much or as often as Bob. But both of them used info they received, true or otherwise, to purposely hurt people. So I should what? Dislike Desiqn more because she went after me? Ignore the fact that Bob went after others here, because he didn't attack me? That's fairly arrogant.

That was pretty much my thought process, only add to the fact that I can't stand the two faced thing (even when it's directed at other assholes with so many faces they need wires to hold their heads up).

After thinking about that and reading the transcripts from the im's (which I believe are real) I really don't want anything to do with Bob right now. But it is far more difficult to come to that conclusion when it's someone you've always been friendly with. Someone who's always been nice to you. Even under their troll name.

But I can't look at all the facts, accusing Laurel of being involved, feeding Desiqn shit on everyone and their grandmother, and not be disgusted. Especially after reading those im's where it was as if no one was off limits.

We don't know that Draah did have IP numbers. We only know what Desiqn has told us. And that is that supposedly Bob told her that he got info from Draah who got info from Laurel.

Until Laurel and/or Draah comes forward and says that yes, they did give Bob that info.. then I'm leaning towards the idea that that information was made up.
