I'm a fairly astute observer of human behavior (present and past). People of today are clearly not the same as 20 years ago or 40 years ago...a lot has changed for the better.

And, the environmental crisis is here, in full swing and the only way out is for CO2 and a lot of other emissions to move.to zero and consumption of resources to move to renewables.

Do you think people will change?....this is what has to happen?

I don't see it....not happening enough or nearly fast enough.
(This includes me....I've changed a bunch of stuff and not enough)

People will not change. So that means expect the worst case scenario. The jet stream will move north...so the climate of northern Mexico will become the norm in the agricultural belt of the US...forcing more reliance on aquifers...which are already diminishing. What does that mean? Hungry people become violent. This doesn't even focus on the relocation of a hundred million people from the coastline and river flood plains. It isn't rocket science
