:) This is one of the strange things I did when I was younger...My friends and I would get really stoned and go to the kitchen and come up with munchie induced far out recipies.

This one in particular was making a peanut butter and jelly, buttering the outsides of the bread, and grilling it like a grilled cheese sandwich. This is one of the midnight snack treasures I have taught to my five year old boy...some nights we'll stay up late and watch scarie movies or cartoons, and raid the kitchen at an undecent hour.

I was wondering if anyone else has ever had this...or anything else unusual for that matter...

No, not me, I've never eaten a single unusual thing.

I did grow up eating peanutbutter and mayonnaise sandwiches, though, but that's not strange is it?

White cream gravy over tomato or cantelope slices - still not strange, right?

Looking back, nope, can't recall a single unusual thing.

ack...

Ewwww grody. The only "odd" thing I ever ate growing up was when we had leftover white rice my Grandaddy would put cinnamon and sugar with a little bit of milk... Mmmmmm. But white gravy and fruit... good lord...blah..LOL

I like you xlc67. You're my kind of folky.

I don't really do anymore of that, but that is how I found out that mealted peanut butter on popcorn isn't too bad.
It's also not too good either.

I thought I was so original dipping my french fries in ranch dressing.

Now I just eat healthy shit.

yep yep yep sure do yummmmmmmmmmyyy.........especially grilled over a campfire.....also known as hobo pies................

Elvis loved grilled PB&J. His ex-maid made a lot of money off the recipie or somthing like that.

I have eaten grilled peanut butter and banana--pretty damn good...I think Elvis ate something similar except with bacon slices added.

and if you've never tried peanut butter and jelly on ritz crackers at two in the morning...

Starfishy...I've known you were cool for some time now...

As much as I try to avoid it, I end up eating at McDonald's on occasion...

My weakness is piling the entire order of fries on my burger and mushing it down and consuming it....mmmmm

I can understand that one. I have to kill that kind of craving off with a veggie burger and fries, but I know the whole mashing of the fries bit, and the enjoyment of it all, but now I found out that I can't eat the 'burger' veggie burgurs due to my allergy. *sigh*
