Re: I so miss these show's.....

Steptoe and son, which was later bought by a US tv station and remade under another name ( Sandford and son ? don't know not sure ).

Men behaving badly, the Brit version is showing on BBC USA and piss's allover the bland corperate US version, watch it you won't regret it.

The fast show, I love Rolly Burk ( "I was very very drunk at the time" )and Jessies diet's.

Open all hour's.
The two Ronnies
Morecamb and Wise (sadly both now gone but both still loved in the UK).

Father Ted, possibly the best comedy of the 90's and worth watching again and again.

The Goon show ( a radio show of old ).

Round the horn ( another radio show of old ).

and last but not least the Carry on film's.

PS, to all my US friend's I really do recomend "Men behaving badly" on BBC USA, it's a cracker.

Where about's are you from??? My parents lived and grew up in Manchester, and my God by what you've just said you would get along like a house on fire.

Men Behaving Badly (Loved it)
Morcombe and Wise (Still LMAO at it)
Father Ted (All I will say is DRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINK)

Mine would be :-

The Young Ones
Bottom
The Muppets (well I'm a big kid at heart)

I'm a comedy freak as you can see, but I will say that I love the English humour over the American Humour anyday. That may be because of my Upbringing though, when you have parents from the North of England your garunteed to have a weird sense of humour. I love it.

Hey, America has produced a ton of funny television shows. Does the name Tom Arnold mean anything to you?

Favorite cancelled sit-coms

Seinfeld
Cheers
Mash
All in the Family
Benny Hill (not a sit-com)
Night Court
Get a Life (Chris Elliot)
Married with Children
Taxi
Barney Miller

Born and raised in London all my life, but the UK is so small and until recently we only had 4 TV station's so we all tended to watch the same stuff, BTW all I'll say about Father Ted is "drink girls feck".

Please don't take offense to what I said, and I know your not, because I like to think I know your personality enough to know when you do and don't take offense.

What I'm saying is that my Parents grew up in Manchester England, so my sense of humour is a little "out there" and I take some forms of Sarcasm better than others.

Example :- if say Handy Andy or Golden were to say something to me sarcasticly I would accept it, laugh, joke back and move on.

I find the American form a Sarcasm very diffrent and, sorry to say it but I don't always know how to take it. That is why sometimes I end up going off at one of you for no reason, I have even done it to Havoc and Rosebud, and hell I love them.

I have enjoyed some of your show's immensly but, I can't say I truly miss any of them just like the Shit the Aussies produce. How can anyone tell me that Home and Away is any good?

Anyway have fun and Take Care :)

Hey Alf "up the 'ammers"

No when they went to Ramsgate for the day trip pissed myself nearly watching that one . Same with christmas special when they went to Florida .

Hmmmmmmm....

sound's familiar but I'm not sure but I know that if you waggle a pair of glasses up and down on your face and shout "wa hey" and then slap both your dad's cheek's ( on his face ) he'll piss his pant's, or you could try doing the paper bag trick.

Andy I loved the one.....

Oh my Dad just kills himself laughing.

Oh I do love...

Fawlty Towers
Yes, Prime Minister
Keeping Up Appearances
The Carol Burnett Show (I know a variety show)
Mama's Family

They crack me up! :D

maybe the one with Roy Castle or the one with Shirley Bassey and they are the two set mover's and she end's up in old army boot's

OH OH

What about the Wishing Well scene???

I'm wishing (I'm wishing)
For the one I love
To find me (to find me)
Today (Tooooday)

Then you get the I'm Drowning, Hellllllllllp bit's ... OH MY LORD that scene kills me.

Them and Alas Smith and Jones are two that this girl will never stop laughing at. British Comedy is just so funny.

Oh wow......

I just remembered "The Good Life" with Margo and Jerry and the one where the pig is giving birth, man I love that one
